To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, every Realtor must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions. Every CRS is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and abide by it's strict code of ethics. Every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas such as finance, technology and marketing. This designation is held by only 5% of all Realtors nationwide.
GRI, which stands for Graduate, Realtor Institute, is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. The GRI designation is considered the nation's number one real estate designation. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. The education includes 92 hours of live course instruction from faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES
SRES is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. SRES designees demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a home.
